1st ICMR-NITM-KAHER Joint Workshop

The 1st ICMR-NITM-KAHER Joint Workshop on Clinical Research in Integrative Medicine was held from November 18–20, 2024, at the ICMR - National Institute of Traditional Medicine (NITM), Belagavi, in collaboration with the KLE Academy of Higher Education and Research (KAHER), Belagavi.

The workshop, which focused on Clinical Research in Integrative Medicine, featured insightful sessions and discussions aimed at advancing the field.Dr. Sreelal Alathur, Chief Manager of Operations at Vaidyaratnam Group, delivered an enlightening lecture on "Regulatory Requirements for Integrative Interventions" and participated in a dynamic panel discussion. The outcomes included addressing regulatory uncertainties in integrative medicine, identifying and opening the industrial perspective in research areas, and proposing practical solutions.This workshop marked a significant milestone in bridging gaps in clinical research for integrative medicine while fostering innovations and collaborations between traditional and modern medicine.
