Vyoshadi Gulgulu Tablet is An Ayurvedic Proprietary Medicine from Vaidyaratnam Oushadasala, can be prescribed for the management of Rheumatoid Arthritis and Obesity. The product is presented in the form of tablet containing 10 ingredients - Sunti, Maricha, Pippali, Chithraka, Mustha, Hareethaki, Vibheethaki, Amalaki, Vidanga, Guggulu.

Anya karmam : Deepana, Pachana, Medohara, Amahara, Shoolahara,Bagna sandhanakrt, Anulomanam, Rasayanam, Vayasthapanam.

Obesity, Rheumatoid Arthritis

(Rheumatic pain and associated complaints due to vitiated Meda and Kapha)

Dosage:

1-2 tablet once or twice daily after food, or as directed by the Physician.

Zingiber officinale - Zingiberene elevate the antioxidant level and suppress the inflammatory markers. [1]
Piper nigrumand Piper longum - Piperine displays numerous pharmacological effects such as, antioxidant, anti-obesity, cardioprotective, antimicrobial, anti aging, and immunomodulatory effects, hepatoprotective, anti-allergic, anti-inflammatory, and neuroprotective properties.[2]
Plumbago zeylanica -Plumbagin triggers osteoblast-mediated bone formation, inhibiting or inducing death in osteoclasts and promote survival or growth of osteoblasts and can be used for treating infectious diseases and rheumatoid arthritis.[3]
Cyperus rotundus- Cyperene have anti-inflammatory and anti obesity properties.[4] Terminalia chebula, Phyllanthus emblica and Terminalia bellirica - chebulagic acid have anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties[5] so can be used for managing Rheumatoid arthritis and other inflammatory diseases.[6]
Embelia ribes– Embelin very effective in Rheumatoid arthritis[7] and obesity[8].
Commiphora mukul- Guggulusterone has anti-inflammatory properties and act against rheumatoid arthritis and also helps to reduce the lipid level hence control obesity. [9]
